Warranty Information
1. Warranties
- Any defective part or part that does not conform to the required specifications will be replaced.
- Warranties will only be honored for failures caused by a defect in the part or incorrect assembly, never by misuse, lack of lubrication, etc. The warranty period is twelve months from the date of purchase.
- Master Turbo System will not be responsible for installation and reinstallation costs.
- Returns for new products that do not conform to the order: You may request the return of new products through these General Terms and Conditions.
Return Period: The customer may exercise the right of return within a maximum of 2 calendar days from receipt of the order. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Procedure To return an order/product, you must follow these steps:
- Contact customer service: Send an email to masterturbosystem@hotmail.com. Include the delivery note number, order number, and your contact information in the email.
- Package the product: You must return the ordered products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and without damage (breakages, paint, etc.), protected by additional transport packaging. This additional packaging must include a return document.
- Ship the product: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Exceptions and Additional Costs
- Product exchange: If the customer wishes to exchange an item for another, the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new item will be paid by the customer.
- Order error: If the product, due to an error, does not match the order, MTS will cover the costs of picking up the incorrect product and shipping the correct one.
- Damaged items: New items must be returned in their original, intact packaging (free of cracks, paint, labels, etc.) and protected by additional shipping packaging. If the item is not returned in this condition, a minimum charge of 10% of its value will be applied.
- Assembled items: If the item shows signs of having been assembled, no refund will be issued.
- Returns outside the return period: Returns will not be accepted after 48 hours of receiving the merchandise, except those agreed upon with MTS.
- Collection costs: The customer will be responsible for the costs of collecting the returned merchandise.
Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by Master Turbo System. Once the return is authorized, a return acceptance document will be sent, which must be enclosed with the returned items.
4. Reporting Problems & Updates For any questions or requests regarding the return policy, please contact our customer service. Master Turbo System reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. The most up-to-date version is always available on our website.
